Mike Brady
Project Coordinator
Mike Brady is a distinguished executive and practitioner in the fields of planning, design, design-build, construction, installation, program/project and construction management. Before joining Zeitgeist, Brady was managing director of Saudi Arabian Parsons, Ltd., a business unit of Parsons Corporation. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing SAPL efforts in many diversified markets. Prior to 25 years at Parsons, Brady was Director of Architecture and Engineering at Walt Disney Imagineering. He built Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular, Honey I Shrunk the Kids Playground and many other world-class parks and attractions.

John Dreher
Project Controls Director
John Dreher serves as Zeitgeist’s project controls director with expertise in estimating, scheduling, finance and contract administration in design development through construction. Dreher spent 26 years in a similar role for Walt Disney Imagineering, where he delivered on budget and on schedule for large inttegrated complex projects. Dreher develops company organizational policies and procedures across all disciplines that establish efficiencies, which impact budgets and schedules. He ensures that all Zeitgeist concepts and designs are financially feasible from the start – a capability you won’t find at most other firms.

Carol Joan
Director of Finance
Carol Joans has spent the past 30 years overseeing the finances for just about every type of production, including commercials, themed entertainment, music videos, TV and motion pictures. As Chief Financial Officer, Controller, or Accountant, her prior experience has included work for such companies as Miziker Entertainment, Columbia Pictures, and Rick Levine Productions, Inc. Her most recent projects are Franz Harary’s “House of Magic” in Macau, a Keith Urban music video, and commercials for Cadillac, Weight Watchers, Google and Purina.

Beckie Kiefer
Studio & Marketing Manager
Actress, dancer, and model Beckie King-Kiefer does double duty as Zeitgeist’s studio manager, assisting Ryan Harmon with staffing and managing the design team, while simultaneously managing marketing and social media efforts. She was instrumental in the success of Zeitgeist’s concept phase for both the Journey to the West and Lido Lakes theme park projects and helped deliver the final concept packages on time and under budget.

Shane Rhodes
Writer
Shane Rhodes has been writing professionally for nearly a decade. Under the mentorship of a former Show Writer with Walt Disney Imagineering, he learned the skill set to produce enriching stories for a spectrum of mediums from screenplays and show scripts, to written and graphic novels.
Before joining Zeitgeist, Shane spent four years with Apple, Inc., where he wrote and illustrated a weekly comic for in-house education. Rhodes then directed his focus to the theme park industry with Transformers: The Ride – 3D for Universal Studios Theme Parks.

Kathleen Cohen
Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development, Kathleen brings over 20 years of integrated media & entertainment experience. A highly creative, innovative, business savvy, big-picture thinker, Kathleen is a subject matter expert focusing on building innovative visitor experiences. She specializes in both physical and virtual environments, emerging media, loT, VR/AR/MR, data and business intelligence. Kathleen’s background includes: DreamWorks Interactive, IBM Centers for Innovation, as well as Walt Disney Worldwide parks and Rsorts Online.
